10 hours a day I’m sitting in the Perfect Posture Chair has seen a reduction in the tension on the low back while noticing a decrease in muscle fatigue and pain while at the same time noticing an improvement in my posture. Previously if I was sitting in my ordinary chair I was always feeling restless with an ache across the low back migrating upwards to my shoulder blades.
My business causes me to travel a lot and forces me to sit in some very uncomfortable chairs. They are so poorly designed, that after sitting in them for an hour or so, my hips and lower back start to ache and tighten up respectively as compared to me sitting in my Perfect Posture Chair for up to 11 hours in one stretch. When I get up out of the Perfect Posture Chair there is no aching or muscle tightness in the hips and lower back respectively. The other change that I failed to mention before is I would suffer from headaches by the end of sitting in ordinary chairs, whereas I have not had one headache since acquiring the Perfect Posture Chair.
Before the Perfect Posture Chair, if I had sat at my workstation in an ordinary chair for more than a couple of hours, I would start to experience an ache in the base of my neck and over time a headache would start to manifest and my eyesight would start to decline in visual acuity. However since I have been using the Perfect Posture Chair, my posture has improved remarkably while at the same time I haven’t had any manifestations of headaches, neck pains or visual problems.
